01 / PARTS & SERVICES

A FILE. A PART. OR A PROBLEM.

An existing model needs a production quote. A missing or entirely new part needs design work first. Tell us which starting point you have.

01

Automotive parts / Drive

Replacement interior pieces, useful accessories and car-specific modifications. We’re developing our own range; ask about the part and vehicle you have in mind.

3D printing & small runs

Have an STL or another 3D model? Send the file, quantity and intended use. We’ll check the design and material before quoting for one part or a batch.

Replacement parts

When a plastic part breaks or disappears from the catalogue, we can assess whether it can be recreated from the original, photos and measurements.

REVERSE ENGINEERING / CAD / FIT
04

Custom parts & hardware

A new mount, electronics enclosure or controller for a particular job or event. We can discuss the design, electronics and trial versions needed to make it work.

ILLUSTRATIVE CONCEPTS

SHAPES TO THINK WITH.

Generated concept images showing possible directions. These are not photographs of completed work or products for sale.

Illustrative concept of a graphite electronics enclosure with a separate lid and controls.

Electronics enclosures

Controls on the outside. Space for the board and connections inside.

Illustrative concept of a dark mounting bracket and matching spacer.

Mounts & adapters

The small piece that lets two existing parts work together.

03 / SELECTED WORK

FROM THE WORKBENCH.

Switch panels, replacement parts and car audio installations are part of the workshop’s hands-on work, alongside projector headlight conversions. The FLX6 experiment is still in development.

33RPM / GARAGE

Switch panels / BMW, Subaru & Honda

Custom panels made through several iterations. The next version is being developed with clearer labels, a better finish and backlighting.

04 / HOW A JOB TAKES SHAPE

WHAT THE JOB INVOLVES.

  1. 01

    Show the starting point

Send the existing file, photos of the original part or a sketch. Say how many you need and where it will be used.

  2. 02

    Agree what needs doing

We check whether the job is production, a modified design or development from scratch. Design work and manufacturing are separate parts of the scope.

  3. 03

    Check the details

Fit, heat, load and mounting points influence the design and material. New or changed parts may need a trial piece before the final run.

  4. 04

    Make the agreed quantity

Once the design and any sample checks are agreed, production can follow. Keeping the design file makes a later repeat run easier to discuss.

05 / CUSTOM & PRODUCTION

WHAT DO YOU NEED MADE?

Start with the file or the problem, the quantity and where the part will be used. We’ll work out what needs making, what needs designing and which details are still missing.

06 / ABOUT 33RPM LAB

CARS. CAD. A WORKBENCH.

33RPM Lab is a small workshop in Estonia, working across cars, CAD and electronics. That overlap is useful when a part has to fit the dashboard, clear the wiring and still leave room for your hand.

Enquiries from Estonia and abroad are welcome, whether you’re ordering for a business or working on your own project.
